Tasting note
Bright ruby red color, red, ripe fruit on the nose, pepper, cinnamon, also some leather and tobacco, full-bodied on the palate with noticeable tannins, the finish is long-lasting — a stunner.

Vinification
Production, 3400 bottles. Only the so-called “orecchie” grapes are used for this wine. This is the area with the highest sugar content of the berry, which is dried for three months. After the subsequent vinification, the wine is aged in wooden barrels for 30 months, then refinement in the bottle for 6 meters.
