Tasting note
Rich and deep color Typical aromas of dried fruits, Amarena cherries and spicy notes such as chocolate. Soft and round on the palate, full-bodied without being cumbersome.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mature cheese, stews, mushroom dishes, sweet meats such as game: In principle, the dish should have a lot of flavor, but not be too greasy, as amarone is not very tannic.
Vinification
Aged for 30 months in 25hl Slovenian oak barrels and barriques.
