Farina Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is an excellent wine and a real pride of Valpolicella Classica, which comes from a careful selection of grapes and is dried in typical orchards for around four months.
Vinification
Careful control of the grapes during the drying process and the proper refinement of the wine in barriques first and then in Slavic oak barrels develop the complexity of the aromas and flavors. Elegant, soft and balanced, it is an expression of tradition, territory and passion.
