Tasting note
Amarone is the most famous and representative wine from the Valpolicella region. It is made from dried grapes. Thanks to the exemplary work of the Castagnedi brothers, this results in a new interpretation of an Amarone. Juicy and fruity, scented of dried plums, full-bodied and smooth on the palate. It's fun!

Goes well with hot starters with truffles, hare and game, grilled, fried or cooked red meat and aged cheese.
