About the wine
On the nose, scents reminiscent of jam (apricots) and dried fruit. Soft, persistent start, good structure, full-bodied with an aftertaste of raspberries and undergrowth. A distinctive and rich red wine.

Tasting note
The distinctive aromas of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Satinata of black pepper and vanilla express a lot of character with a very special structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of raspberry and green pepper reveal their own character. Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which shows a lot of character and class harmoniously with fine tannins in the mouth.

Goes well with spicy foods, venison, spicy cheese and pasta.
