Tasting note
An intense ruby red in the glass. On the nose, pleasant and delicate notes of bitter almonds, cooked fruits and spices. Soft start on the palate, with a rich, supple body and a long-lasting finish.
Vinification
To dry, the grapes are laid out in small boxes for 3 — 4 months. This increases the sugar, extract, flavor and glycerin concentration in the berries. After vinification, the wine ages for 2 — 3 years in 50 hl oak barrels.
