About the wine
Founded in 1968, Cantina Tinazzi is a classic family business near Verona, which owns several wineries in northern Italy and in Veneto. It is located in Cavaion, amidst the wide folds of the moraine hills that spread between the Adige and southern Lake Garda. In addition to classic DOC wines, many remarkable IGT wines are vinified here, mostly single-variety but also exciting cuvées with local and international grape varieties. Tinazzi is rightly one of the biggest winemakers in Veneto today.

Vinification
The grapes were dried on flat wooden racks for 120 days. The grapes were crushed and the concentrated must was fermented. 12 months in Slovenian oak.
