Tasting note
The outstanding bouquet of black pepper and vanilla shows aromatic complexity and plenty of pleasure potential. The dominant notes of raspberry and green pepper shape its individual texture. Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which is pleasant with fine tannins in the mouth and shows plenty of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with game, roasts and recent cheeses. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2012-2025.
