About the wine

The Marion winery is located in the beautiful, pristine valley of Marcellise, east of Verona. The small winery is run by Stefano Campedelli, his wife and two employees. Constant monitoring of all production phases, starting with the cultivation of the vineyards, in which a rigorous balance between vine and nature is maintained, is part of the winery's corporate philosophy. The vineyards are located at the foot of the hills in a sunny area, they are mostly grown in the Guyot system to ensure better grape quality. Through work, expertise and determination, this company has produced wines such as Valpolicella Superiore, Amarone, Cabernet Sauvignon and Teroldego, which have a distinctive body and a strong personality, and which develop the terroir that only a few producers achieve with their wines from the very first sip. The Marion winery is supported by oenologist Celestino Gaspari. Gaspari worked for Giuseppe Quintarelli and was able to deepen his knowledge very much in the process. Today, Celestino Gaspari is one of the best winemakers from Valpolicella.
