About the wine
The Pasqua wine house is a long-established family business founded in 1925 by four brothers. Since its creation in the early 1980s, the Cecilia Beretta line has been an experimental stage for Pasqua to modernize its traditional plants. In the meantime, the enormous investments have paid off. The vines have reached an interesting age and there has been a noticeable increase in quality. Today, Cecilia Beretta presents a line that is second to none, new dimensions of aromatic refinement and elegant taste.

Vinification
The grapes are dried in boxes for 4 months. Then squeezed and fermented for 20 days. Then in barriques for the BSA for several months. Then aged in barriques for 24 months.
