Tasting note
Dense ruby red with garnet nuances, intense and persistently sweet bouquet with notes of dried flowers and sweet spices, textured on the palate, soft, with velvety tannin content. Thanks to its elegant structure, this Amarone is also ideal as a food companion.

Dry the berries for 90 days, then 36 months in oak barrels
