About the wine
For Amarone production, the production regulations provide for the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties. After a storage period of at least two years, the Amarone can be sold. Healthy, loose grapes are selected in the vineyard and placed in small boxes as soon as they are harvested, in which they are usually dried for 3-4 months.

Tasting note
Deep, excellent garnet red. Concentrated, sweet bouquet, reminiscent of cherry and jam bouqet. Velvety, full-bodied and soft on the palate. Sustained finale.
Culinary recommendation
It is the perfect accompaniment to roasts, game, lamb gigot, risotto, polenta or pasta. Harmonious with semi-hard and hard cheeses.
