About the wine
The Pasqua wine house is a long-established family business, which was founded in 1925 by four brothers. Since its creation in the early 1980s, the Cecilia Beretta line has been an experimental stage for Pasqua to modernize its traditional plants. The enormous investments have now paid off. The vines have reached an interesting age and there has been a noticeable leap in quality. Today, Cecilia Beretta presents a line that is second to none, new dimensions of aromatic refinement and elegant taste.

Tasting note
Enchanting notes of cherries and cassis on the nose, followed by chocolate and fine spice aromas. A round and harmonious wine with soft tannins. Long-lasting on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat and red meat, game, Mediterranean dishes, risotto, pasta, aged cheese and dark chocolate.
Vinification
18-24 months in barriques.
