Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Fruity with plum and sour cherry on the nose. An elegant wine, pleasing on the palate but racy, with good acidity and mild tannins for long-lasting development

Vinification
This wine was prepared using the Recioto process. According to ancient tradition, grapes wither in a designated room (fruttaio) at a height of 640 m above sea level, without artificial dehumidifiers, and the slowness of natural wilting is accepted. The resulting raisins are then pressed, completely fermented and aged in barrels for three years
