About the wine

The winemaker from the Italian winery Corte Lenguin is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful and fertile countryside of Veneto. Tasting note
Charged red with garnet reflection. Complex and very intense aroma, finely excellent, fruity with hints of cherry, black cherry, spicy notes, vanilla and cocoa. Dry taste, warm, soft, elegant tannins, very persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a fine roast, game and cheese or to round off a successful meal.
Vinification
Selecting the best grapes that have been exposed to the sun by hand. For the first few months, the grapes are still stored on shelves and plateaus. Then traditional winemaking in contact with the hides and daily pumping. Then storage in wooden barrels until bottling.
