Corteforte’s Amarone Classico della Valpolicella blends Corvina, Rondinella, and other native grapes into a smooth yet structured red, balanced with rich fruit and gentle spice. Crafted with care, it offers a textured, layered experience that’s approachable but serious—ideal for those relaxed evenings where good wine and good company matter most.

Tasting note
Aromas of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries with a background of plums, black cherries, cinnamon, pepper, licorice and ginger. On the palate, with lots of pressure and structure, very fine tannins and a very long finish. A wonderful Amarone, on the spicy side rather than the sweet side.
Culinary recommendation
By the fireplace, optionally with a cigar. Or with red meat, game, mature cheese.
Vinification
Aging for 30 months in Burgundy tonneaux, 24 months in steel tanks and 18 months in bottle.
