With the first-class Amarone Classico della Valpolicella DOC Pergole Vece, which was produced in 2012, you will definitely enjoy it. Beautiful and fertile landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Le Salette conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
Deep purple color in the glass. Intense scent of overripe dark berries, black chocolate, tea leaves, tar and fine oakwood spice. On the palate, medium sweetness, fine acidity, mature tannins with a strong body. In the long finish, sweetness paired with a slight bitter note. Only 5000 bottles of production!!
Vinification
5-month drying of the berries (appassimento), followed by maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks followed by ageing in barriques for 32 months.
