Tasting note
Dense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of red berries and Mediterranean spices. Very soft, harmonious, full-bodied and velvety on the palate. Long on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled or braised meat, pasta with strong sauces, pizza, aged cheese and Mediterranean dishes. Also great with antipasti or hearty vegetable dishes.
Vinification
After fermentation, some of the young wine is aged in French oak barriques.
