Tasting note
Amancio is dedicated to the first generation and Marcos goes incredibly far to get the best quality out of it. The vineyards were planted in 1978 and everything is unstemmed by hand: by 67 employees over 4 days! The grapes yield a total of 5,000 kg and are destemmed in 1,000 kg divisions and covered with -28°C CO2 until all are ready. A wine that hits you with full force! Real power and endless elegance.
