About the wine
Naturally fermented and inspired by the traditional “pétillant naturel” method, the result is a drink with a strong character. High-quality terroir and specialty teas as well as herbs from small family businesses are used, supplemented by pure spring water from the Basque Country. Served chilled at 9—11°C in a wine glass, it is perfect as an aperitif, with a meal or between meals — and gives special moments a new, delightful lightness.

Tasting note
Pale yellow-green color with crisp, persistent bubbles. Expressive notes of citrus leaves, lemongrass and green herbs open up to hints of pine, lavender and aromatic resins. The palate is light and straightforward, with notes of dry hay, ginger and anise, and ends with a clear citrus sweetness and a subtle herbal accent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Southeast Asian dishes, sushi or coconut-based curries. It goes well with oily meats, herbal pasta such as pesto, pickled vegetables or desserts such as tiramisu.
