About the wine

Naturally fermented and inspired by the traditional “pétillant naturel” method, the result is a drink with character. Selected terroir and specialty teas as well as herbs from small family businesses are used, combined with pure spring water from the Basque Country. Served chilled at 9—11°C in a wine glass, it is perfect as an aperitif, at the table or simply in between — and makes special moments even more enjoyable.
