About the wine

Naturally fermented and based on the traditional “pétillant naturel” method, the result is a drink with character. Selected terroir and specialty teas as well as herbs from small family businesses are processed, combined with pure spring water from the Basque Country. Served chilled at 9—11°C in a wine glass, it is perfect as an aperitif, with a meal or simply in between — and makes every moment a bit more special.
