Tasting note
Intense ruby red, vinous bouquet with delicate notes of undergrowth and spices. Dry, full and spicy taste with a mineral background. Great structure, noble tannins, heavy and velvety.

Vinification
Hand-picked, slightly dried grapes (appassimento), long maceration. Aging in barriques for 12 months and aging in the bottle for at least 6 months.
