About the wine
Dom Salvador Alvarinho Loureiro is an incredibly successful cuvée with two of the richest grape varieties in the Vinho Verde region, Alvarinho and Loureiro. This combination results in a wine with a very pleasant freshness and smoothness.

Tasting note
Very crystalline lemon tone. Rich citrus aroma with harmonious notes of orange blossom. In the mouth, it has a soft and velvety texture that underlines the complexity of Alvarinho. A wine with a perfect balance between personality and smoothness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light fish dishes, seafood and summer salads. The citric aromas and velvety texture go particularly well with grilled fish, shrimp or dishes with notes of orange and herbs. An elegant wine for fresh, fine food.
Vinification
Manual harvest early in the morning in 12 kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
