Tasting note
Clear appearance color with citrus tones. Intense fruity and floral aroma. In the mouth, it has a soft and slightly velvety texture and reveals more intense notes of pineapple and passion fruit peel.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, grilled fish and light Asian dishes. The fruity notes of pineapple and passion fruit go particularly well with fresh salads or a summer risotto. An elegant companion for fine, aromatic dishes.
Vinification
Harvest in 12 kg boxes early in the morning. After selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
