Tasting note
The Alvarinho grape is typical, acidity and alcohol are well combined. The palate is full of fruit with a complex finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the sparkling wine is slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2023.
Vinification
The vines grow at 100m — 200m above sea level on granite soil. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature.
