Tasting note
The nose is elegant and complex, with the scent of ripe red fruits, blackberries and dried plums. Excellent balance of wood and fruit effects. Intense, rich and expressive on the palate. Round with elegant tannins which lead to a long and harmonious finish. Typical Los Lingues terroir.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, game, lamb and, for example, duck à l'orange.
