Tasting note
Intense, vibrant ruby Dense, multi-layered aroma blanket. Aroma of small, red berries, blueberries, some undergrowth, light toasted notes, musk. An elegant start on the palate. Flattering texture Again, aromas of red berries, warm spices and subtle barrique notes. The aftertaste is aromatic, elegant and of good length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb or oven-baked pollo.
Vinification
Azienda's top wine - an undeniable sense of elegance - comes from the best Merlot sites. The grapes are harvested by hand. After gently pressing the grapes, the mash is fermented in steel tanks. The wine is then aged and refined for at least 24 months in new French Allier oak barrels of 225 l. The wine is then left in the bottle for at least one year before being sold.
