Tasting note
The dark, ruby-red robe exudes intense aromas of red wild fruits and cherry jam accompanied by liquorice and roasted notes. Velvety on the palate with excellent fine-grained and supple tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Game, pasta, lamb, sheep cheese, Iberian ham and sausages as well as with any meat dish.
Vinification
18 months in oak barrels.
