Tasting note
Leathery aromas and cocoa characterize Alto Sios. Spicy notes and overripe berry aromas make up the bouquet. Even in the dry, soft start, the wine appears harmonious. Finely polished tannins, ripe wild berries and well-integrated fruit acidity appear on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Dark meats such as lamb steaks, beef entrecote, deer medallions and chorizo.
Vinification
Was removed in stainless steel tanks.
