Tasting note
Intense Sauvignon Blanc nose of gooseberries, kiwi, elderberry, lemon, grapefruit and pineapple. On the palate, with lots of freshness and juicy acidity. The body is balanced with present fruit, which results in a lasting aftertaste.

Vinification
Manual harvesting and grape selection from early to mid-September. Fermentation and aging will take place on yeast in steel tanks until the end of February.
