Tasting note
Aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and black currant. Licorice and mocha scent Silky soft, elegant, pure fruit and fine tannins. Nice freshness and fantastic length on the palate. Deep dark purple.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game pies, duck liver, red meat, vegetable gratins, soft cheese.
Vinification
Harvest by hand, vinification in stainless steel tanks, aging for approx. 18 months in French barriques (a small portion new to accentuate freshness and elegance).
