The reasons for creating Alter Ego de Palmer were primarily to preserve Palmer's style and at the same time produce a wine that matures earlier and offers smoothness and finesse from the very first few years. It has the elegance and aromatic complexity of Palmer wines. The freshness of its aromas and concentration allow this wine to fully develop after just a few years. The Alter Ego de Palmer blend contains the smoothest wines from the Palmer winery.

Tasting note
It's memorable: its deep ruby red gives every occasion an extravagant touch. The fruity scent spectrum of the Alter Ego de Palmer second wine Margaux AC of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and lots of finesse. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper create their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its lively structure in a balanced way with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 3 - 7 years after harvest.
