About the wine
Trento DOC is a classic sparkling wine (Champenoise) made exclusively from Trentino grapes grown in the Valle dei Laghi and on the hills of Trento, at an altitude of 45 to 6 meters above sea level, on soils particularly suitable for the production of sparkling wine. The Altemasi Rosé represents a harmonious combination between the elegance of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir, for a refined bouquet of small fruits.

Tasting note
Classic Method sparkling wine with pale pink color pink with light coppery reflections, creamy-white mousse, fine and persistent perlage. and persistent. Complex aromas with fruity notes reminiscent of ripe cherries, currants and red apples. The taste is rich and balanced with a very persistent aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well as an aperitif, but especially at the table with soups and main courses with white meat or game.
