About the wine
Trento DOC is a classic sparkling wine (Champenoise) made exclusively from Trentino grapes grown in the Valle dei Laghi and on the hills of Trento, at an altitude of 45 to 6 meters above sea level, on soils particularly suitable for the production of sparkling wine. The Altemasi Trento DOC is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes and matured on its own yeast for at least 15 months.

Tasting note
Very white foam and very fine perlage. Straw yellow in color, with greenish reflections. Fruity aroma with a pleasant hint of yeast. Taste full, pleasantly fresh, balanced and very persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spaghetti allo scoglio, salmon slices in puff pastry and excellent as an aperitif.
