About the wine
Trento DOC is a classic sparkling wine (Champenoise) made exclusively from Trentino grapes grown in Valle dei Laghi and on the hills of Trento at an altitude of 45 to 6 meters above sea level, i.e. on soils that are particularly suitable for making sparkling wine. Altemasi Trento DOC Millesimato is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes and stored on its own yeast for at least 36 months.

Tasting note
Long-lasting foam with very fine perlage. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Complex, very delicate aroma with pleasant fruity notes of citrus and peach. Dry on the palate, pleasantly fresh, with a good and balanced structure.
