Tasting note
Elegant bouquet of dark cherries, dates, cedarwood, mocha, fresh tobacco and pepper. On the palate, fine, elegant, mouth-filling, smooth, well-founded and persistent, with notes of red and dark fruits, cherries, blackberries, dark chocolate and cedarwood. Goes well with grilled fish and white meats.

18 months in French barriques, then 3 months in 22hl oak barrels
