Tasting note
Straw yellow, aromas of white fruits, peaches, plums and bread crust, spicy and fresh. Fine and persistent perlage.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif, but also ideal with a meal.
Vinification
Gentle pressing and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Classic method with slow and long fermentation. Aging on yeast grounds for at least 40 months. Sparkling wine pas dosé, without addition of liqueur d'expedition
