Tasting note
Eyes: soft pink, nose: aroma of peach, strawberry, red fruits, balsamic, palate: fresh, juicy and tasty.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meats, fish appetizers, fish with a delicate flavor.
Vinification
The “freakiest” sparkling wine from the Alps. “PetNat” spontaneous fermentation from Nebbiolo grapes vinified in rosé. The yeasts are kept in the bottle to keep the wine fresh and sparkling. No additional sulfites.
