Tasting note
A white wine from Nebbiolo? The Bianco Alpi Retiche is unique because the Valtellina has not yet produced such a cuvée. Only the refreshing acidity is reminiscent of Nebbiolo. Otherwise, this white wine impresses with its naked minerality and floral nuances. An uncomplicated food companion that makes every dish a step easier.

It goes well with fish dishes, vegetable dishes, chicken, turkey and cream cheese.
