Tasting note
Pale yellow Fine nose of citrus, green apple, kumquat, anise. Mineral-salty on the palate with precise acidity and clear structure. Notes of almonds, anise and roasted sesame. Simon proves once again that in addition to his Pinot Noir, Aligoté — a variety known primarily from Burgundy — can produce wines that are just as elegant, if not even more exciting, in the south.
