Tasting note
Delicate rosé with a hint of salmon color. On the nose, fresh aromas of red berries, especially strawberries and raspberries, with floral notes of rose petals. Light and refreshing on the palate, with well-balanced acidity and a fruity, lively finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fresh salads, seafood, grilled fish or grilled chicken. Also great with light pasta dishes and mild cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand. After gentle pressing, controlled fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve the aromas. The wine ages on fine lees for a short time.
