Tasting note
Very intense garnet-red, almost opaque wine, with notes of black fruits with balsamic nuances prevailing. In the mouth, it is lively and voluminous.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, stew and raw ham.
Vinification
Total destemming followed by 48 hours of pre-fermentation at 8°C. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24°C.
