About the wine
Made from selected grapes from the Fiano vineyard that surrounds the estate in Salza Irpina. Slight over-aging, manual harvesting, maceration on the skins, fermentation at controlled temperature and at least 36 months of refinement, including 18 months in steel and 18 months in bottle.
