Tasting note
Clear and expressive nose with aromas of fresh blueberries, various wild berries, red cherries, orange zest and some gingerbread spices. On the palate, lots of juiciness, vitality and fine-grained tannins. The aftertaste is long-lasting with an intense blueberry note. A great garnacha that impresses with its freshness and clarity.

Vinification
Fermentation with local yeasts in an open vat and with approx. 40% of the stems. After gentle pressing, the wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and 500 liter barrels. Bottled unfiltered.
