Tasting note
Golden yellow color, exciting and different on the nose with aromas of pickled lemon, nutty oxidative notes, beeswax and honey as well as quince. On the palate with a slightly oily texture, juicy acidity, pleasant, harmonious, full-bodied body. Complex and persistent nutty and salty aftertaste. Anyone who loves white Gravonia and Tondonia will also fall in love with this white Rioja.

Vinification
