Tasting note
On the nose, notes of licorice and vanilla. The aging in terracotta, cement and wood results in a well-balanced wine with a nice balance and rich, dense aromas of black fruits and spices.
Vinification
12 months in French oak barrels (Alicante Bouschet), 6 months in terracotta tinajas (Trincadeira), 6 months in cement tanks (Aragonês) and 6 months in amphoras (Alfrocheiro).
