Tasting note
Brilliant cherry red Aromas of cherries, ripe figs and chocolate, as well as fine notes of rosemary, coffee, cocoa and vanilla. On the palate, very balanced, intense aromas of blackberry jam, soft and pleasant texture, persistent, strong and with potential.

Vinification
The young wine is aged for 18 months, in 80% French and 20% American oak. This is followed by a further maturing phase in the bottle for 24 months.
