What a beguiling dance-like lightness and liveliness of this unique white wine! The DO Rias Baixas in Galicia, leading for white wines, has the ideal climate for the autochthonous Albariño grape. Qualitative leader and all-time candidate for number one in the region is the historic Pazo de Señorans winery. Tasting note
Albariño finds ideal conditions in the maritime, relatively cool-humid climate and the granite soils of Rias Baixas. The best wines from here have almost cult status even in Spain. Pazo Señorans, the region's quality leader, ages his wine in steel tanks on lees for around half a year. This preserves the fresh, fruity character with notes of green apples, citrus fruits and peaches. With its nobility and intensity, the wine offers a wonderful drinking experience.
