Tasting note
The wine shows vivid, pale gold with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals a clear balance of citrus fruits, white fruits and small white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, with long persistence, roundness and depth, which indicate an interesting development.

It goes well with all types of shellfish Fish dishes with rice and pasta, such as paella. sushi and other fish-based preparations. All kinds of salads.
